Go City's pick-and-choose London pass: you buy a number of attractions, from two to seven, and choose them from a list of over ninety as you go, over sixty days. The list includes the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, a Thames cruise, the Shard, Kew Gardens and most of the museums that charge.
The saving depends on what you choose. Pick the expensive attractions, the Eye, the Shard, the Tower, and a three-attraction pass saves a fair amount. Pick cheap ones and it does not. Sixty days of validity makes it good for people making several trips to London over a season.
If you are doing three or more attractions a day for consecutive days, the All-Inclusive Pass is cheaper. If you are spreading a few big attractions over a week, the Explorer wins.
