FAQ
Everything you need to know about buying theme park and attraction tickets from the UK.
Who am I actually buying from?
Tickets are sold and fulfilled by one of two UK-based partners: FloridaTix for Orlando and Florida, and AttractionTix for Disneyland Paris, California, UK parks and worldwide attractions. Each ticket card says which. PrimeTix helps you compare options and then sends you to the partner to complete your booking.
Are the prices on PrimeTix accurate?
We read the current "from" price for every ticket from both sellers automatically every night, and each ticket page shows when it was last checked. Final prices depend on your travel dates, ages and any promotional codes, so always confirm on the booking page.
Why do you show two prices for the same ticket?
FloridaTix and AttractionTix are two brands of the same company selling the same official tickets, but they price independently. We show both and link you to the cheaper one. Read more.
What is a Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket?
A UK-exclusive ticket giving 14 days of unlimited access to all four Disney Theme Parks and both water parks, with Park Hopping and Memory Maker included. It is only available to UK guests before travel and is usually far better value than buying at the gate.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Both partners offer buy-now-pay-later options at checkout, and FloridaTix also has a £20 per-ticket deposit option on Orlando tickets. Terms apply.
How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets are gate-ready e-tickets emailed to you. For Disney you link them to the My Disney Experience app; Universal tickets can be added to the Universal Orlando app.
Who do I contact about an order?
Contact the partner who processed your order: FloridaTix on 0330 100 3130, or AttractionTix on 0344 873 0070. For questions about this website, contact us.
