PrimeTix (primetix.co.uk) is an information and comparison website. By using it you agree to these terms.

What we provide

We publish prices, descriptions and guides relating to theme park and attraction tickets sold by third-party sellers. We do not sell tickets, take payment, or issue tickets. Any purchase you make is a contract between you and the seller, subject to the seller's own terms.

Accuracy

Prices are collected automatically from the sellers' websites and can change at any time. We show the date each price was last checked, but the price on the seller's booking page at the time you buy is the only price that applies. Descriptions of tickets and parks are written in good faith from published information and our own experience; parks change their attractions, opening hours and rules without notice. Check the seller's ticket details before you buy.

No liability for third parties

We are not responsible for the sellers' websites, their fulfilment of orders, their customer service, or the parks and attractions themselves. Complaints about an order must be directed to the seller.

Content and copyright

Text on this site is our copyright. Photographs are used under Creative Commons licences and credited on the photo credits page. Park and character names are trademarks of their owners and are used for identification only. You may link to any page on this site. You may not reproduce our text without permission.

Price alerts

If you subscribe to price alerts we will email you about ticket prices and discount codes for the destination you chose. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
