Thorpe Park's Halloween event on select nights in October, with scare mazes staffed by live actors, scare zones, live shows and the big coasters running in the dark until late. Maze entry is included on this ticket, which is not always the case with the standard day ticket.
Teenagers and adults. Merlin recommends thirteen and over for the mazes and it is genuinely frightening in places. It is the biggest Halloween event in the south of England and Saturdays sell out.
Queues for mazes are long on peak nights; the park's Fastrack for mazes is worth it if you want to do them all. Dress warmly. Book Friday or Sunday nights for smaller crowds.
