Who am I actually buying from?
All tickets are sold and fulfilled by FloridaTix, a UK-based official partner of Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando and SeaWorld Parks. PrimeTix helps you compare options and then sends you to FloridaTix to complete your booking.
Are the prices on PrimeTix accurate?
We show "from" prices per person, which we refresh regularly. Final prices depend on your travel dates, ages and any promotional codes. Always check the live price on the booking page.
What is a Disney 14-Day Magic Ticket?
A UK-exclusive ticket giving 14 days of unlimited access to all four Disney Theme Parks and both water parks, with Park Hopping and Memory Maker included. It is only available to UK guests before travel and is usually far better value than buying at the gate.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. FloridaTix offers a £20 per-ticket deposit option and buy-now-pay-later choices at checkout. Terms apply.
How do I receive my tickets?
Tickets are gate-ready e-tickets emailed to you. For Disney you link them to the My Disney Experience app; Universal tickets can be added to the Universal Orlando app.
